Like a physical church that you might attend, the Temple of Wisdom, the First Church of Sophia Christos, offers sacraments that are part of the spiritual experience of connecting with the divine. We call these sacraments the Ascension Sacraments for the Cosmic and Earthly Nutrition Diet and take you through the steps of preparing your physical body to be a blessed channel for the stream of spiritual nutrition that the hierarchy are awaiting to pour into you.
